Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded, analytically driven Revenue Growth Management (RGM) professional to support a high-priority growth agenda within our Beverages category. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing RGM strategies across pricing, promotions, mix, pack architecture, and trade terms to drive sustainable, profitable growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver insight-led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, pack strategy, and trade investment.
- Partner closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and Marketing teams to align on commercial priorities and implement RGM initiatives.
- Convert complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and commercial stakeholders.
- Analyse market, customer, and performance data to support scenario planning across pricing and promotions.
- Monitor category and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and support the development of long-term RGM strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience within Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, or Customer/Shopper Marketing in an FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful commercial insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment around strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of the UK retail landscape, ideally including experience within the convenience channel.
- Agile, proactive, and self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
