We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on a full time basis in Dundee. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Full time
• Pay: £51ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 4 months
• This role will support winter pressures across acute pharmacy services. You will provide clinical pharmacy cover within medicine, medicine for the elderly, and women children and families as required. Duties include medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge facilitation across a range of acute inpatient areas. You will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines during the winter period.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Strong acute and ward based clinical experience
