We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in South West London. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 7 Rotational Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £33ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Ongoing
• This role will involve providing clinical pharmacy support across a range of ward areas as part of a rotational programme. Responsibilities include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient reviews, discharge facilitation, and providing pharmaceutical advice to medical, nursing, and allied health teams. You will also support dispensary operations, contribute to service audits, and ensure safe, effective use of medicines within the organisation.
Requirements
• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience across inpatient settings
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
