TERRITORY MANAGER

A global healthcare leader is recruiting for a Territory manager to drive sales in Suffolk & Northeast Essex. This position works in the Diabetes Care division. The division focuses on providing innovative diabetes care solutions to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes.

Package & Benefits:

Base salary: £43,000–£44,000 (flexibility possible depending on experience)

Bonus: 20% performance-based

Company car or car allowance (£5,800)

Holiday: 25 days annual leave

Primary responsibilities as Territory Manager:

Engaging in the field to drive patient acquisition, sales and awareness of the Diabetes care products and associated digital ecosystem across target accounts, through the execution of national strategy and engagement of healthcare professionals, key customers and patients in target Trusts, ICBs and PCNs.

Educating, training patients and providing support on the use of Freestyle Libre and the Freestyle Libre digital health solutions.

Educating and training HCPs in the interpretation of the Ambulatory Glucose Profile report, the Libre View reporting suite and all Freestyle Libre applications to establish Freestyle Libre as the new standard for diabetes care in everyday clinical practice.

Building effective partnerships with target accounts by matching ADC’s solutions and value-added services to identified customer needs and driving mutually productive outcomes through the successful leveraging of local guidelines and pathways.

Implementing LHE guidance and patient pathways, and maximising guidance / formulary pull through via the upgrade of target patient cohorts to the Freestyle Libre system.

Develop and leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payer customers and patient / patient associations.

Work with local ADC colleagues to develop and execute account plans to increase ADC sales & market share.

Candidate Profile:

Primary care experience is essential

Secondary care exposure is not required

Diabetes experience is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates without it will still be considered

Must be comfortable engaging with clinical stakeholders and driving education and uptake of ADC technologies

Territory Coverage:

Suffolk

Northeast Essex

Norfolk

Candidates must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate to live on patch.

Required Education & Background:

• Further or higher education qualification

• Sales experience with strong selling skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Negotiating skills

• Strong time management skills and communication skills
