Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people?
We’re looking for caring, reliable, and resilient Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a residential home supporting young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural needs.
✨ What you’ll do:
- Provide daily care and emotional support
- Help children build independence and resilience
- Support with education, health, and social activities
- Keep clear records and follow safeguarding practices
- Work within a trauma-informed, child-centred environment
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people (residential preferred)
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it)
- A calm, empathetic, and committed attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (incl. evenings & weekends)
- UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
