Global Sales Manager – Scientific Imaging / OEM Solutions

Location: Ideally UK, Germany, Netherlands, other EU countries considered including Italy and any other German speaking country | Travel: remote + ~50% international

The Opportunity:

A leading global provider of scientific imaging and OEM camera solutions is seeking a Global Sales Manager to drive growth across direct sales, channel partners, and OEM accounts. This is a hands-on, strategic role with international scope, reporting to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead global sales operations and meet revenue and order entry targets.
  • Develop and manage channel partners and OEM relationships.
  • Drive margin expansion and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the sales and support team.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Proven global sales leader in scientific instruments, high-tech B2B, or OEM products.
  • Experienced in multi-channel sales (direct, distributors, OEM).
  • Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills.
  • Comfortable with technical products and supporting OEM design-in processes.
