Salary: £30,221 - £34,405 (includes 2 sleep-ins per week)
Contract Options: 39 or 45 hours per week

We're recruiting for a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a well-established children's home in Ashford. This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in young lives while developing your career in care.

You'll be working in a therapeutic children's home that provides:

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Can be a consistent, positive role model
  ✓ Understands trauma-related behaviours
  ✓ Brings energy, patience and creativity to the role
  ✓ Is comfortable with personal care and daily routines
  ✓ Holds a full UK driving licence (pool cars provided)

   

  Your Experience:

No qualifications needed - we provide full training
➤ Level 3 Diploma holders get:
• Guaranteed interview
• £500 retention bonus (after probation)
➤ Experience in care, youth work or education beneficial
