Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Bonuses: £5,000 welcome bonus + up to 21% annual salary bonus
Annual Leave: 32 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the running of a 4-bedded children's home.
- Lead a team in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care.
- Develop the service through consistent standards and planning.
- Ensure full compliance with all legislative and Ofsted requirements.
- Manage budgets and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a senior children’s residential role.
- Level 3/4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma or willing to work towards.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections, safeguarding, and leadership.
- Full UK driving licence required.
