We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Ilford, East London. The home supports children and young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
💡 We’re also open to strong Deputy Managers ready to step up into their first Registered Manager role!
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a children’s residential care setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks
- Natural leader with excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
🏠 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that all care is child-focused, safe, and of the highest standard. You’ll lead your team to create a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment that meets the complex needs of the children.
