We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Manager to take the reins of a 1-bed solo EBD children’s home in Dagenham. This is a rare opportunity to lead a small, trauma-informed service and create a safe, therapeutic space where one young person can truly thrive.

What we’re looking for:
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- At least 2 years in a residential setting (1+ in a supervisory role)
- Strong grasp of Ofsted, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
- A leader who’s reflective, resilient, and child-focused
