My client are looking for an experienced Band 6 OT to work within the transfer of Care Hub, will be working across community and acute settings. Must be experienced in Discharge and Neuro Rehab. The role is 4 days a week between Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm and must have own transport and can drive.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday

  • Pay: £30 per hour

  • Start: ASAP

  • Length: Ongoing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of NHS experience

  • Right to work in the UK

  • HCPC registration
