An innovative high-tech manufacturer in the field of scientific imaging and photonics is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company through its next stage of international growth.
The Role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business
- Full P&L responsibility and delivery of growth targets
- Drive international sales expansion and strengthen distributor/OEM partnerships
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team covering R&D, sales, operations, and finance
- Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
The Candidate
- Proven senior leadership experience (MD, GM, Business Unit Director or similar)
- Strong background in photonics, optics, imaging technologies, or scientific instrumentation
- Track record of driving commercial and operational success in a high-tech business
- Excellent leadership, strategic vision, and communication skills
