We’re searching for a Project Manager with a background in capital projects, facility design, and distribution engineering to play a central role in a nationwide modernisation programme.
Role details:
- Remote with 75% travel across the USA (can be based anywhere within the US)
- Permanent, full-time position
- Compensation: $110 - $130k base + bonus
You’ll be involved in:
- Managing multi-million-dollar projects across automation, warehouse design, and construction
- Coordinating with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver critical infrastructure improvements
- Overseeing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
- Using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and simulation software to bring concepts to life
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in facility, engineering, or distribution project management
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong background in capital project delivery within pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple sites
