We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in Swansea. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £35ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months
• This role involves providing clinical pharmacy support across a range of ward areas, including medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge facilitation. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence based use of medicines.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Previous experience in hospital or ward based clinical pharmacy
