We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in Birmingham. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £36ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Ongoing
• This is a ward based clinical role providing expert pharmaceutical care across a range of acute specialties. Responsibilities include medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and supporting discharge processes. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence based use of medicines.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Experience within hospital or ward based clinical pharmacy
