We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Cancer and Aseptics to work on a temporary basis in Buckinghamshire. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 7 Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Cancer and Aseptics
• Days: Flexible weekdays
• Hours: 22.5 hours per week
• Pay: £30ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months, potential to be extended
• This role will involve supporting cancer and aseptic services within a hospital setting. Duties include providing specialist clinical input to oncology and haematology services, supporting chemotherapy and aseptic preparation, and delivering patient counselling and education. You will also contribute to the supervision and development of pharmacy staff as required.
Requirements
• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Experience within oncology or haematology pharmacy
• Competent in chemotherapy and aseptic preparation
• Ability to provide patient counselling and education
• Experience supporting or leading pharmacy teams
• Cancer experience desirable with a strong interest in cancer and aseptics essential
