We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 or 8a Clinical Pharmacist to provide ward cover on a temporary basis in East London. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 7 or 8a Clinical Pharmacist Ward Cover
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Pay: Band 7 £32ph Band 8a £35ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months with potential to extend
• This role will involve providing ward based clinical pharmacy support across acute services. Duties include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient reviews, and discharge support. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Strong ward based clinical experience
