We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine to work on an ongoing basis in Oxford.

Role Details
🧑‍⚕️ Role: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine
📍 Location: Oxford
📅 Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Hours: 9am–5pm
💷 Pay: £30 per hour
🚀 Start: ASAP
📆 Length: Ongoing

Role Summary
You will provide clinical pharmacy support to acute medical wards, including medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and optimisation of therapy for acutely unwell patients. The role involves working closely with MDTs and supporting ward rounds, delivering safe, evidence-based medicines advice in line with NHS acute pathways.

Requirements
✅ GPhC-registered Pharmacist
✅ Minimum 6 months NHS experience
✅ Experience within acute or general medicine
✅ Right to Work in the UK
