We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in West London. Please see details of the role below:

Role Details
• Role: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5.30pm
• Pay: £30ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months
• This role will involve providing ward based clinical pharmacy support across medicine and surgery specialties. Duties include clinical screening of prescriptions, medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and supporting safe and effective prescribing.
• Experience using EPMA systems such as WellSky and Cerner is required, alongside recent ward based experience within a hospital setting.

Requirements
• GPhC registration
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Recent medicine and surgery ward pharmacist experience
• Competent in clinical screening and prescription checking
• Familiarity with EPMA systems including WellSky and Cerner
