We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Reading. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5.15pm
• Pay: £30ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Until 13 July 2026
• This role will involve providing ward based clinical pharmacy support across acute services. Duties include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient reviews, and discharge support. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
Requirements
• GPhC registration
• Masters degree in Pharmacy
• Extensive NHS hospital clinical experience
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Right to Work in the UK
