We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist – Acute and Community Based, to work on a fixed-term basis in Central London. Please see details of the role below:

Details:

Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist – Acute and Community Based
Days: Two days per week (any between Monday–Friday)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Pay: £30 per hour
Start: ASAP
Length: 2 months, potential to extend

Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration

Additional Info:

Urgent Community Response Team of MDT working across community and hospital
Facilitates early discharge and prevents unnecessary hospital admissions
Works with social care partners, including reablement services and hospital social workers
