We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to support a busy developing team working across acute and community settings in Wiltshire. Please see details of the role below:

Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist – Acute & Community
Days: Monday–Friday (some weekend work may be required)
Hours: Full time
Pay: £25 per hour
Start: ASAP
Length: Ongoing

Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration
Experience in both acute and community settings
Confident in discharge planning, assessing care needs, equipment provision, goal setting and planning to support safe discharge home
