We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 or 6 ACT MMT Pharmacy Technician to work on a temporary basis in Birmingham. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 5 or 6 ACT MMT Pharmacy Technician
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £20 – £26ph (depending on banding)
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months, with potential to extend
• This role will involve supporting pharmacy services across ward and dispensary settings. Duties include medicines management, dispensing, and supporting clinical pharmacy activities in line with service requirements. You will work closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines within an acute hospital setting.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• ACT accreditation desirable
• Medicines management experience beneficial
