We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 or 6 ACT MMT Pharmacy Technician to work on a temporary basis in Cambridge. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 5 or 6 ACT MMT Pharmacy Technician
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Pay: £20 to £26ph depending on banding
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months with potential to be extended
• This role will involve supporting pharmacy services across ward and dispensary settings. Duties will include medicines management, dispensing, and accuracy checking where appropriate. You will work closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to ensure the safe and efficient use of medicines within an acute hospital setting.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• ACT accreditation essential
• Medicines management/reconciliation accreditation
