We are currently recruiting for a Band 4/5 Pharmacy Technician to work on a temporary basis in Croydon. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 4/5 Pharmacy Technician
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5.15pm
• Pay: Band 4 - £16.70ph, Band 5 - £23.66ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Until substantive recruitment is completed
• This role will involve ward based pharmacy support with a strong focus on drug history taking and medicines reconciliation. You will work closely with pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team to support safe and effective medicines use across inpatient services.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• Recent experience of ward based drug history taking and medicines reconciliation
• ACPT qualification essential
• Strong communication and IT skills
