Role and Responsibilities

Marketing is central to this mission, with a global team of experienced marketers dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
They are seeking a strategic and creative B2B Marketing expert with a proven track record to lead Field Marketing for a key industry. The ideal candidate will excel at building senior-level relationships both internally and externally.
The ABM Field Marketing Manager is vital to account success, working closely with account teams. Aligned to an industry, they bring deep knowledge of the market, customer pain points, and offerings. They co-create marketing programs with Sales to deliver measurable results, enhance reputation, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· - Partner closely with industry team leadership to understand Sales objectives and align on strategies to grow the business.
- Define and execute an Account-Based Marketing strategy focused on customer needs, strengthening relationships, reputation, and revenue.
- Build strong relationships and credibility, using communication and influence skills to partner effectively with customers and drive better business outcomes.
- Work with the marketing team to craft effective messages, value propositions, content, and calls to action for top accounts to boost brand awareness, conversion, and sales cycles.
- Manage timelines, quality, resources, and budget for marketing projects.
- Stay updated on customer needs, market trends, and technology to identify new opportunities.
- Understand the business, its services, and how they address customer pain points and differentiate from competitors.
- Collaborate with sales to build client trust and advocacy, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and translating insights into compelling marketing stories.
- Track KPIs throughout programs to measure and optimize impact on reputation, relationships, and business growth.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working closely with marketing leaders and peers.
Key Success Metrics:
· Relationships: development, contact and network discovery
· Revenue: Account pipeline, signings and revenue and overall acct health
· Advocacy: Customer eminence, evidence and references; Customer satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 10+ years of experience in field marketing, professional services marketing (technology services is a plus), or B2B industries preferred.
- Experience in insurance and pursuit marketing.
- Proven track record partnering with sales and senior executives, as well as customers, to deliver results.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and creating innovative B2B marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation with a background in running successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, executive communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, highly responsible, deadline-driven, and independent.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
