Thomas Hancox

A Business Management graduate from the University of West London, Tom joined Cpl Life Sciences in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of our team. After helping to establish the European commercial desk, he expanded his oversight to include the Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Scientific divisions. Tom has a thorough understanding of the core challenges in building out functions from research through to commercialisation and has led numerous projects that focus on progressing assets/products to and beyond launch. His hard work and dedication has been recognised with three prestigious annual group awards.

Tom has a proven track record in successfully leading expansion projects. Collaborating closely with our life sciences partners, he consistently delivers across various verticals, therapeutic areas, and regions. Each project he manages aligns with Cpl’s high global standards, further solidifying our strong market position. Currently, Tom is channelling his talents into the expansion of our Boston office in Massachusetts, laying the groundwork for a more robust U.S. team by 2024. When he's not working, Tom is a passionate sports fan and a qualified skydiver.
