Since joining Cpl Life Sciences in 2017, Sophie has excelled in various roles, rapidly progressing from resourcer to consultant before taking on a senior leadership role. Sophie’s expertise encompasses a broad range of areas, including clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical markets. In her current role, she leads a team of six sector specialist consultants, leveraging their collective knowledge and skills to deliver successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.  ​

Sophie played a pivotal role in expanding the Contract Division and her determination to succeed has led her to receive multiple commendations for her exceptional performance. As a top performer, Sophie has been invited to attend the annual company incentive on three occasions, which is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence and results.  ​
