Craig has over 13 years experience within the healthcare recruitment industry with extensive knowledge of strategic business/commercial development, client management and performance improvement. In his role as Commercial Director he is responsible for the strategic direction and development of operational, commercial and business development related activities, primarily for the healthcare and technology divisions. Craig plays an active role in ensuring that the business strategy is aligned across all stakeholders, from commercial, compliance, finance and sales teams, liaising with all levels of staff to ensure productivity and growth is maximised.
