​GE Healthcare were recruiting for a Head of Regulatory Intelligence/Business Operations and Head of Regulatory CMC. The company had been attempting to fill these positions for more than a year and had failed to find candidates that were appropriate for the roles they required. GE Healthcare therefore decided to approach our specialist team, Cpl Life Sciences, in order to help them with this. They wanted to use our market knowledge and talented expertise, in order to guide and assist their candidate search.

Actions

As a team we have advanced understanding of the market and candidates and thus provided shortlists for each role in a very short period of time. We ensured that we worked in collaboration with our client, keeping them updated at all times. We endeavoured to provide them with the necessary information regarding each candidate, including other external opportunities they were pursuing and their availability for interviews.
