We know 2023 was difficult year for our in-house contacts, and we know 2024 doesn't entirely reset the clock, so we've rolled out a number of initiatives to help get the industry back to where it was as quick as possible - that's why the majority of what we do is complimentary! As we rebuild our new website you'll see various illustrations of where we are investing in clients from funding networking events and full day summits in Cambridge, to creating a platform to link small businesses with investors.
Talent Acquisition
We introduce Talent Acquisitions specialists for a mere $2,500 fee irrelevant of whether that's a TA specialist with a single years' experience or an Executive Director on $300,000.
If you have worked in life science recruitment and are looking for your next in-house role let us know! We're creating an online document (anonymously) listing the contacts who are currently looking (even if that's passively) and we've reduced our fee purely to a point it covers the time spent on sending this out and setting those calls up. We aren't trying to stand in the way with big fees so we'll step aside as much as is convenient for all parties - or if preferred stay close throughout and help guide you through.
The aim is to send this out to current partners as well as those we aren't engaged with who may be looking to expand their TA/HR teams. If they respond to see a full CV we'll let you know and can introduce you if it's of interest!
Please note, given the market at this time we receive a large number of responses here. We have set times to keep this updated as it's a side project for us next to the usual specialist areas we cover.
