Head of Biometrics
Our well-known client is a global CRO with the ability to hire a senior head across the East coast here in the United States or, across Europe.
This is a remote position leading a team of almost 40 clinical data management, statisticians, programming etc. experts.

Experience leading such teams
A strong/recent CRO background
The full right to work in the U.S or Europe

*Ideally this experience would all have been gained within a CRO in the last 10+ years
Responsibilities:
As a senior leader you would provide strategic leadership to the mentioned teams; biostats, data management and possibly medical writing
Assess current set up with a view to developing core competencies within the mentioned teams
Create and manage the best practices for the teams to ensure output and deliverables are consistently to a high standard
Ongoing monitoring of progress on projects V budget for Biometrics.
Location - A 100% remote role that can be done anywhere on the East coast - New Jersey, New York, Mass, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida, North/South Carolina etc.
