We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 / Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist, to work on an ongoing basis in the West Midlands. Please see details of the role below;
Details:
- Role: Band 6 / Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist
- Days: Monday - Friday (4 days considered)
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
- Pay: £25ph - £30ph
- Start: 14th of October 2024
- Length: onwards with review date of Jan 1st 2025
Additional Info:
- Provide a cost effective clinical pharmacy service which is patient and drug orientated through effective supply, prescription monitoring and prescribing which ensures the patient receives safe, effective and timely drug therapy.
- Provide advice and support on all pharmaceutical care issues to specialist areas. As part of the STEP UP programme, to become a specialist pharmacist in a clinical area, having overall responsibility for medicines management and optimisation issues and processes in that clinical area.
- Ward experience essential
Requirements:
- NHS experience (6 months minimum)
- Right to Work in the UK
- GPHC Registration (unless applying for Assistant roles)
