We are currently recruiting for an ADOS Assessor (SLT, OT, Psychologist or Nurse considered) to work on a locum basis in South East London. Please see details of the role below:
Role: ADOS Assessor (SLT / OT / Psychologist / Nurse considered)
Days: 1–3 days per week (Monday–Friday)
Hours: 22.5 per week
Pay: £28 per hour (Band 6) / £33 per hour (Band 7)
Start: ASAP
Length: Up to 3 months (potential to extend)
Additional Info:
This role is within a neurodevelopmental pathway, carrying out ADOS assessments as part of diagnostic work within a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing structured ADOS assessments and contributing to the wider diagnostic process.
ADOS training is essential for this role. EMIS experience is preferred; however, training can be provided if required.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration (or relevant professional registration)
- Right to Work in the UK
- ADOS assessment training (essential)
- Previous experience within neurodevelopmental / autism assessment pathways (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a MDT
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
